Chaturbate adds new language to their Independent Broadcaster Agreement regarding independent contractors
Eagle-eyed members of the Adult Performers Actors Guild (APAG) spotted language in webcam platform Chaturbate’s updated “Independent Broadcaster Agreement” that appears to be designed to cement the status of their cam models as independent contractors under the terms of California AB5. As we’ve previously reported, Chaturbate has confirmed that California models are welcome to stream on their platform with no additional limitations now that AB5 has been implemented.
