Week In Review Items:

Clips4Sale Announces NexoCams – The real big news is the announcement of NexoCams by Clips4Sale. NexoCams has a wide range of functionality. There’s camming, premium subscriptions, content sales and a social media functionality.

Social Media / Mainstream Banning Adult – There’s been a huge trend recently with mainstream platforms and social media turning their back on the adult industry. Patreon is the big news, but platforms such as Twitter updating their terms is also something that’s been happening a lot more recently.

Patreon Gets Stricter On Adult Producers – Patreon has updated their terms, getting more strict when it comes to adult performers and producers. This caused a media fury across the entire industry, as well as on mainstream media outlets.

FanCentro / ModelCentro CEO Responds To Patreon – FanCentro / ModelCentro CEO Stan “DaMan” Fiskin writes an open letter to Patreon. Stan doesn’t only call out Patreon, but also mainstream in general. It’s a trend for mainstream to use adult to gain initial traction, then turn their back on adult as soon as they have a big enough mainstream user-base.

Patreon Open-Letter To The Adult Industry – Patreon wrote their own open-letter responding to the outcry from the adult industry. According to Patreon, their terms have always been the same, they just elaborated. That was debunked by multiple producers coming forward with emails Patreon sent them years ago.

Asa Akira Joins FanCentro – Famous Asian pornstar Asa Akira has joined FanCentro. Asa Akira will be using the platform to sell premium Snapchat subscriptions. Akira is one of the many big names to join FanCentro.

iWantClips / iWantEmpire Looking For AVN Booth Babes – iWantClips / iWantEmpire is looking for booth babes to attend AVN. Free entry, plus promotional opportunities for performers.

Information On XBIZ LA 2018 – General information on XBIZ LA. XBIZ LA will be going on January 2018.

Flirt4Free Announces VOD Contest – Flirt4Free announces a VOD competition. The competition is separated by genders, so males have a chance to compete against the higher-earning female performers. There’s also not that much male VOD content, making the entire concept non-saturated.
