The Hub Hookup at the 2019 Phoenix Forum

New for The Phoenix Forum 2019 is the HUB Hookup, a new twist on meet and greets. THE HUB is designed to showcase new company, products and services. In order for a company to participate, they either need to be a new business (less than five years old) or have a brand new product or service.


When Will THE HUB Take Place?

THE HUB Hookup will take place Friday, March 29, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.


Who Can Showcase?

If you have a business or a new project that is less than five years old that you would like to showcase, The Phoenix Forum will provide you with a table and a space in the Courtyard to expo your new products and services! Bring your swag, your banners, your giveaways and show the world your new ideas


What is the Price?

The price is free, and available to any company or attendee. But you need to have operated your business for less than five years, OR have a new exiting project that your business is working on. Availability is limited and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.


How To Signup:

Signing up is easy.  Just send your email request to Rob at and provide:

  • Your company name
  • Brief description of your new company or project
  • Your contact information: name, title, email address, mobile number


How It Works:

  • Every sponsor will be assigned their own table space (at no additional cost) at which giveaways, literature, specialty drinks or food items (any food & drink must be purchased through the hotel) can be distributed. Individual sponsor signage will be provided for each station (Business name only).
  • Each station will include table signage and Internet connectivity.​
  • THE HUB will be scheduled to encourage full participation by Forum attendees. A Full bar will also be provided to create a fun, network-friendly atmosphere.


Setup / Takedown:

  • THE HUB tables and space will be available for setup starting at 2:30 PM on Friday, March 29, 2019. Each table area will include a skirted table and table top sign with Company name. Please check in at the TPF office for your assigned location!  Every effort will be made to meet special requests for location; however tables will be assigned based the order you signed up to participate in THE HUB.
  • Please notify TPF staff if you have any special power or networking needs no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2019, so that we will have ample time to accommodate your requests.
  • Individual THE HUB sponsors will be responsible for boxing, labeling and shipping any remaining items in their table area at tear down of the event. Any boxes or items that are left in the table areas of the Courtyard will be disposed of at the end of the event.
